JC Injectables Glow Membership Plan Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the Membership Plan offered by JC Injectables Limited ("we," "us," or "our") to the Guest ("you," "your"). By joining the Membership Plan, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Membership Overview
- The Membership Plan entitles you to four (4) treatments per year.
- Treatments are to be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Payment Terms
- An initial, non-refundable deposit of NZD $400 is required upon signing up.
- The remaining balance will be paid via interest-free instalments as agreed upon at the time of registration.
- Payments must be made on time to maintain your membership benefits.
Treatment Scheduling
- Treatments must be booked within the membership year.
- Missed appointments without 48 hours’ notice may count as one of your treatments.
Membership Duration and Renewal
- The membership term is 12 months from the date of the initial deposit.
- Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Renewal options will be provided towards the end of the membership term.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The $400 deposit is non-refundable.
- If you wish to cancel your membership before all treatments are used, refunds for unused treatments will not be issued.
- JC Injectables Limited reserves the right to cancel a membership if payment obligations are not met or in cases of inappropriate conduct.
Treatment Terms
- Treatments are provided according to medical and aesthetic best practices.
- Results are individual, and outcomes may vary.
- You must follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by our clinicians.
Liability and Disclaimers
- JC Injectables Limited is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from non-compliance with care instructions.
- By participating in the Membership Plan, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with aesthetic treatments.
Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members with reasonable notice.
