Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Anti-wrinkle injections work by relaxing targeted muscles to smooth out lines and wrinkles. The treatment is minimally invasive, but post-treatment care is crucial for the best results.
Aftercare Instructions:
- Avoid touching or massaging the treated areas for at least 24 hours to prevent the toxin from migrating.
- Stay upright for four hours after treatment—avoid lying down immediately.
- Refrain from strenuous exercise for 24 hours to minimise the risk of bruising and spreading of the product.
- Avoid excessive alcohol and blood-thinning medications (unless prescribed by your doctor) for 24 hours to reduce bruising.
- Do not apply pressure to the treated area, including facials, heavy makeup, or rubbing.
- Effects will start to appear within 3-5 days, with full results visible after two weeks.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers add volume, contour, and hydration to the face. While the results are immediate, some swelling and bruising can occur post-treatment.
Aftercare Instructions:
- Swelling and bruising are normal. Apply a cool pack wrapped in a cloth to reduce swelling.
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and salty foods for 24-48 hours to minimise swelling.
- Do not massage or put pressure on the treated area unless instructed.
- Avoid strenuous exercise and excessive heat exposure (sunbeds, saunas, hot showers) for 48 hours.
- Stay hydrated to maintain results and aid healing.
- If you experience any severe pain, white patches on the skin, or unusual reactions, contact us immediately.
Micro-Needling
Micro-needling stimulates collagen production by creating micro-injuries in the skin, leading to rejuvenation and improved texture.
Aftercare Instructions:
- Redness and sensitivity similar to mild sunburn may last for 24-48 hours.
- Avoid applying makeup for 24 hours to prevent bacteria from entering open pores.
- Use a gentle cleanser and hydrating serum (recommended by your practitioner) for the first few days.
- Avoid direct sun exposure and apply SPF 30+ daily.
- Avoid swimming pools, saunas, and steam rooms for at least 72 hours.
- Hydrate well to enhance skin recovery.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Face & Hair
PRP therapy uses your body's own platelets to stimulate healing and rejuvenation, whether for facial skin or hair restoration.
Aftercare Instructions:
- Avoid washing the treated area for at least 8-12 hours.
- Do not apply any active skincare (e.g., retinoids, acids) for 48 hours.

- For hair PRP, avoid shampooing for 24 hours and refrain from hair styling products.
- Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy diet to enhance results.
- Avoid heavy sweating and sun exposure for at least 48 hours.
Skin Boosters
Skin boosters are injectable treatments designed to deeply hydrate and rejuvenate the skin by stimulating collagen and elastin production.
Aftercare Instructions:
- Some redness, swelling, and bruising may occur and subside within a few days.
- Avoid excessive facial movement and massaging the area for 24 hours.
- Stay well-hydrated to support collagen synthesis.
- Avoid sun exposure and always use SPF 30+ sunscreen.
- Small bumps may be visible at the injection points; they will settle within 24-48 hours.
- Avoid wearing makeup for 24 hours.
- Refrain from touching or massaging the treated area.
- Optimal results are seen after the
second session, typically four weeks apart.
Why Aftercare Matters

Sunekos should not be used on patients: with known hypersensitivity to any of its components; presenting with a general infection, inflammation or irritation in the area to be treated; or in patients predisposed to coagulation disorders.
