How it works:

New and Existing Guests can enrol in a JC Injectables Rejuvenation Membership Plan on completion of their initial Botox or Xeomin treatment, you may select one of our popular plans or we can use your individual dosing requirements to custom build your own unique Rejuvenation Membership Plan.

Our Rejuvenation Plans include Botox or Xeomin at an exclusive member only reduced rate, that will be evenly distributed across 3 follow up appointments over the next 12 months.

JC Injectables have created a selection of plans available to meet popular injectable treatment regimens. Guests may select one of the following options, or chat to your therapist to create your own Rejuvenation Membership Plan to meet your treatment needs.

The total number of Xeomin Units provided by JC Injectables on Rejuvenation Plans are:

JC Fresh: $28.56 per week, Includes 99 Units offered at $15 per unit.

JC Fresher: $33.46 per week, Includes 120 Units offered at $14.50 per unit.

JC Freshest: $40,38 per week, Includes 150 Units offered at $14.00 per unit.

JC Fresh - 99 Units

The perfect starter rejuvenation plan, with 99 injectable units split into 33 units per treatment session and suitable for one to two treatment areas.

JC Fresher - 120 Units

Great for guests that require a few extra units to achieve their perfect treatment, with 120 injectable units split into 40 units per treatment session and suitable for two to three treatment areas.

JC Freshest - 150 Units

Our boldest rejuvenation plan, 150 injectable units split into 50 units per treatment session and suitable for three or more treatment areas.

The total number of Xeomin Units provided by JC Injectables on Rejuvenation Plans are:

JC Fresh: 99 Units offered at $15 per unit.

JC Fresher: 120 Units offered at $14.50 per unit.

JC Freshest: 150 Units offered at $14.00 per unit.

With a total interest free weekly payment of:

JC Fresh - $1485=$28.56 week

JC Fresher - $1740=$33.46week

JC Freshest - $2100=$40.38 week

Any additional units that may be required during the 2 week follow up appointment will be charged at the exclusive membership rate applicable to your rejuvenation plan.

1) By submitting this form you agree and authorise JC Injectables to charge your credit card the nominated amount on a beekly basis weekly for 52 weeks, commencing no later than 7 calendar days after submitting this form.

2) In the event you would like to cancel your Membership Plan, you agree to provide JC Injectables with two weeks written notice of your cancellation request via email on contact@jcinjectables.com.

The cancelation date will be 14 calendar days after notice is received.

3) Upon cancelling your Membership Plan, you agree and authorise JC Injectables to charge any outstanding amount for treatments received in advance, so that, your account balance is zero on the nominated cancelation date.

4) In the event your account is in credit following the cancelation of your Membership Plan, JC Injectables will refund the amount to the original form of payment within 7 calendar days after the cancelation date.

5) In the event you miss a payment, you agree to pay any outstanding contributions prior to receiving your next scheduled treatment otherwise, JC Injectables may decline to offer treatment services to guests.
